1. Lakshwadeep Islands or Laccadive Islands as they were once know are a cluster of coral reef islands located off the south western coast of India in the Arabian Sea. These islands remain sparsely populated and only 11 of these are habitable. Unexplored environment, white beautiful beaches with clear waters and enclosed blue lagoons with ample marine life for divers.
The Bangaram Island is exceptional and a favourite, shaped like a tear drop in the sea. A trip here can easily be coupled with a cultural trip to Kerala.

2. The Andaman and Nicobar Islands are located off the eastern coast of India in the bay of bengal separated from Thailand by the bay and are a union territory of India. This cluster of emerald islands was inaccessible for centuries. They are now a picturesque destination with clear waters, beaches and stunning scenery. Go snorkelling and spend your days in the sun.

3. The Maldives: A favourite among honeymooners, it can be reached very easily from India. Stay in water cottages and spend you days lazing in sun on clear beaches. A trip here can be coupled with a few days of culture in North western India where you get the best of both worlds - culture, history, touring, cuisine and spend the remainder of your days relaxing on a open beach with delicious sea food.
